Workers compensation death benefits were denied to the surviving spouse and children of James Coleman based upon intoxication as a cause of death. The district court certified the appeal to us pursuant to W.R.A.P. 12.09(b). The denial is supported by substantial evidence and the law which makes such important benefits payable in appropriate circumstances. We affirm.
